Patient 6 is a white female in her 60s, has tried unkown OTC product without success. Patient has involvement of her right hallux. Patient has used Fungal Free Nails for 11/2 years. Patient would be categorized as single border involvement.

Patient 7 is a white male in his 50s, had lateral involvement of right hallux. The original picture has been lost. Has tried Penlac, fungal tincture with crushed Lamisil-no improvement. Although does not show nail border had involvement of 55%. After nail 0% The nail remains totally clear up to this date, have been using for three years, two of which are prophylactic.

Patient 9 is a white male in his 50s, has tried oral Lamisil very little help, Penlac- no help, fungoid tincture with Lamisil-no help. Patient has struggled with this problem for over 20 years. Cultures were uncertain. Patient has involvement of first and second toenails of right foot. (Patient permanently lost sense of smell and taste to significant degree from oral.)
